Just as good as the name brand, but at a fraction of the price! I've been using this generic brand for quite some time and it works just as well as the name brand Allegra, for a much, much better price! It does a great job at controlling my allergies and I've been taking this kind (and others) for many years now. The pills are a bit large to swallow (not an issue for me, but a warning to others).
