I use it to crush my 6 year old cats antibiotics to spread over her tuna and I love it! So much easier than scraping the pill with a knife to get the powder.

There’s also plenty of room to place the pill inside, so there’s no fumbling or worrying about pieces falling out. One of the biggest highlights for me is the ergonomic design. My partner has arthritis, and the larger, comfortable grip makes a noticeable difference for him. He’s able to crush pills without straining his hands, which has been such a relief. It is easy to grip and twist. It pulverizes the pill effectively. It large enough for multiple sizes of pills and that also makes it easier for me to clean. The top opens for inner storage but the lid seems loose so I don't feel comfortable storing pills in it.
