Was a member many years ago. Nice that it was all women but I noticed a large clique of people. If you were not part I'd it then you felt left out. Overall the workout was fun.

There's never a dull moment at this gym. The instructors are incredibly patient, explaining the proper use of each machine, and the challenges are incredibly motivating. Plus, the monthly tracking is great for monitoring your weight and measurements and helping you with any questions. And the app measures your effort during each workout.
