After using a big named brand and finding the heat patch too small this was a great find. Cheaper than the big named heat patch, it's twice the length so looks like 2 patches together and it warms up brilliantly. Having used it for the full day it gave great relief to my back and was still warm to the touch the following morning. It performs as it should and relieved my back and hip pain too. Excellent quality and sticks well to my skin, I was a bit dubious after using other brand but this excels in quality, price and temperature. Nice and warm but not too hot. I have sensitive skin and had no issues with the adhesive or patch, I can't speak for others but in my case it ticks all the boxes. Great performance and heat lasts a long time, giving many hours of relief
