I have celiac and this is my go to flour. Most recipes you can’t even tell are gluten free when using this flour. I mix it in rouxs and there isn’t that off texture that other gf flours have had. I did try some regular gluten bread recipes hoping it would turn out the same with the cup for cup but unfortunately it didn’t. But this is perfect for thickening something, cookies, cake, pancakes and more.
Half my household is gluten intolerant, while the other half enjoys gluten a little too heartily. The compromise is Cup 4 Cup. Thomas Keller’s team somehow created a magical gluten-free flour duplicate that bakes like wheat flour. Even the consistency of the flour itself is the same. It browns up beautifully when baking and tastes fantastic. Nothing else compares. Period. Worth every cent.
My baked goods taste better with thud than normal flour and nobody can ever tell!!!!!!
I'm impressed with this flour. Tried to make gf white cake with a different brand and the cake was too dense and tasted like rice and sugar lol. Did some research and decided to try this blend and the white cake came out way better! It was light and the flavor of this flour blend is neutral so it worked out so well. I would definitely recommend!
This is hands down the best gluten-free flour I have ever used. I have been gluten-free for years and I basically gave up on baking until I found this flour. Now I bake biscuits a few times a week. I have also baked cakes and cookies for family and friends and no one can tell that it’s gluten-free. Usually you can feel grittiness in gluten-free flour baked goods, but not with this flour. My favorite gf flour. I’ve tried many, but this one just keeps it easy to transition dishes and deserts even pancakes into perfect gluten Dre foods. I love it and have purchased a few times.
This flour is amazing for breading zucchini squash and chicken strips. I do use a different gluten free flour for our cakes and breads.
Absolutely love this flour!!! I bake on the side for friends weddings and special events and this flour has the same texture as regular flour without the grainy texture that most gluten free flours have. you can bake with it, coat meats with it before frying and use to thicken sauces.
This is a great gfree flour. I use it to bake all the time. It is a little on the pricey side which is why I rated it a 4 and not a 5.
Honestly, I was unsure of this product before I used it. This was my first time baking with a gluten free flour. I was pleasantly surprised! It had great texture, blended easily with the other ingredients, and baked evenly and beautifully! I would never have guessed the cookies I baked were made with a gluten free flour had I not known! They came out moist, chewy, and with wonderful flavor. I will definitely be purchasing and using Cup4Cup for all my future baking needs!!:)
