The best idea to make your child happy. I love it . It’s easy to assembly. It has a QR code to guide you with a lot recipes and they are so easy. The performance it’s awesome !

I'm so disappointed with this product. I purchased it to obviously make ice cream, and all I had was a HUGE mess! I followed the instructions and bought all the ingredients needed to make fresh, soft serve ice cream. The liquid never thickened. My kids are so disappointed. It wasn't noisy, but then again, it didn't work. I could tell it was on, and the mixture was spinning but never thickened or turned into ice cream. I'm so disappointed 😞. What a waste of $$$

My husband loves soft serve ice cream and so I finally broke down and bought this machine to see if it really is as good as it says it is. Well, the concept is awesome. I love the fact that you can add mix-ins as you are pouring the ice cream out. However, it doesn’t really mix-in like you would think. It just kind of dumps in the topping that you select as you add the ice cream. Which is fine. But not as cool as it sounded. And the topping cannot stay in the containers because they would go stale. It’s not a very sealed container. Which is a disappointment too because you fill them up for a one time use then have to clean it all back up. Making the ice cream is a little noisy and it doesn’t take a little longer than you would think to fully get the consistency you want. I followed the directions and froze the container for 24 hours before using the machine and it still took about 20 to 25 minutes for a good firm soft serve ice cream. Now, the flavor and consistency is fantastic and leftovers freeze just fine and taste really good saved in the freezer in an airtight container. I love the fact that it has a place that warms your hot chocolate or caramel, and a holder for your cones. And overall, the cleanup was super easy. My kids loved it and my husband said it was worth every penny. That’s all the reason to use it I need. This will definitely make summer fun for us. Highly recommended.
