This ice cream maker is perfect! It's so easy to use, just freeze the bowl, make your mixture, put the bowl on the machine and add the mixer to the lid and place on top, pour the ingredients in and turn it on I like to freeze the bowl for 24 hours, but depending on where placed in the freezer, it can take less time As long as when you shake the bowl, you don't hear the liquid, you are good to go. I have also made two batches back to back and the bowl remained cold enough for the second Just make sure your mixture is very cold when you pour it and that the machine is spinning. Everything is easy to clean when it's all said and done too! Worth the money.

Makes great ice cream or sorbet. By using this, you choose the ingredients & can play around with how much sugar or other ingredients you want to use for your taste buds & diet restrictions. The only downside would be keeping the bowl in the fridge so it is ready to go when you want it. Makes a good quantity in this bowl.
