Have this in a different color but this works wonders for people who want fine freshly processed food! I use this to mix my meat for kebobs and also grind other things in here. I absolutely recommend!

I got the Cuisinart Prep 9 as a wedding gift 8 years ago. It gets a lot of use in our household, especially for making falafels. It still runs like new after heavy and regular use. All attachments wash easily and quickly. It’s very easy to learn to use and intuitive. One thing to know is that it is HEAVY. It is also tall if you keep everything stored on the base when not in use. Plan shelf and cabinet height accordingly. The motor base is heavy so if storing in upper cabinets or above the fridge, use two hands and a strong grip so it doesn’t slip and fall on you or hit the floor. This is a must have for every kitchen if you do regular cooking. Just plan storage accordingly. Highly suggest finding a low cabinet or shelf space for it instead of upper.
