This has been an excellent appliance in my kitchen.The toughness is great it is made of sturdy stainless steel which makes it more solid and durable.It has such great features as well first it is touch screen you can adjust the heat accordingly other than that the speed is fast it gets the toast or bagel ready quickly and evenly.You can easily clean the trays as well with little lukewarm soapy water and thats it.I am extremely satisfied with it.Simple to operate and does not consume a lot of space.

Love the touchscreen feature. Can select various toasting levels, bagel, defrost, single side, +30 seconds & cancel. It toasts great! You can do 1 to 4 toasts.

I legit use this toaster every morning. I love that it’s a touch screen. I have never had an issue with it. It has multiple settings and is very easy to use.
