I found this at Costco, it was a bit pricier than the other brands of maple syrup, but it caught my eye and I had to try. The syrup does not have an overly thick consistency, and has a slightly less sweet flavor than traditional maple syrup. I can taste a mild smoky undertone from being aged in the bourbon barrels. Unique and delicious on my waffles!!

This maple syrup is incredible. Delicious taste with a hint of bourbon instantly adds an interesting flavor to your favorite dish. I add a bit to my coffee to really enhance the flavor. Priced just right for an all natural product. Definitely worth it to splurge on this improvement of an already great product.
