been using this straightener for 10 years now. They last for EVER. I have naturally curly hair and it does wonders to straighten my hair without having to pass over a section multiple times. I also faithfully use this straightener to CURL my hair. It leaves my hair smoothened out with beautiful barrel curls. You can easily put more pressure on the end if needed as the exterior does not get too hot. This is my baby and I will never use a different brand of straightener
