Our friends at Creminelli have done it again! Their latest seasonal creation combines two of our favorite things on the planet - pork and beer. The Dark Imperial Stout and fresh hops highlight and flavor the all natural pork in their latest must-try salami. From the outset, the goal of Creminelli Fine Meats has been to provide Americans with traditional Italian meat specialties some of which weren’t otherwise available in the U.S. and many of which are available only on a regional basis in Italy. Cristiano Creminelli has been curing meats since he was a young teenager apprenticing under his father. He is and always has been a cured meat artisan. His family has been curing meats since the 1600's and he is proud to continue that tradition on American shores.Cristiano insists on using choice cuts of meat from select breeds, fed with organic white grains and raised on small family farms. Organic spices are employed cautiously in the European tradition to complement and not overwhelm the flavorful, well-marbled natural pork.
