I love this delicious cheese as it is or melted into a delicious cream sauce for nachos, macaroni and cheese, charcuterie boards, and summer sausage snackers (what I call them). They have just the right amount of everything to make me snack happy! Melts good, tastes good, and perfect for on the go.

Like this for cheesy recipes, nachos or mac and cheese or even for a cheesy toast!  It def has a good nutritional value due to the protein and calcium but has the added fat in case you are worried about it.  I would buy it again for making cheesy recipes!

Nice that it doesn't crumble and not too soft.  Good flavor.  Price is comparable to other brands.  Easy to cut
