The taste has that perfect crisp,sharp and distinct flavor that goes perfect with crackers or alone. When I need a good snack with protein I know that this will fit the bill. It's got a smooth consistency, sharp edges and has the smell of fresh cut cheese from a deli.

All Cracker Barrel cheeses have full flavor. They always go great with any cracker, or I shred it for Mac and cheese. They come in many flavors too.

It's delicious for a snack. Looks great sliced for a charcuterie board for guests (or yourself). Easy packaging and wonderful cheesy smell. Feels like an indulgence.
