Cracker Barrel brand cheese is sooooooo delicious! We use it for all of our recipes, as well as for snacking.

I am addicted to this cheese.  It's everything I like in a cheddar without the extra fat.  You'd never know it was any different than a full fat product.  And Cracker Barrel IS cheese in my book.
