It was a waste of money. I decided to give it a try because I got a coupon and figured why not. Well I wished the coupon was to get this product for free because I did not like it. First off the cotton ball (that’s what it felt like) that came with it was a joke. So I used my #morphe brush to apply it and oooooohhhh my. That loose powder had me looking like I needed to audition for the #classic movie Casper. Like seriously 😒 please do not buy thisCOVERGIRL Professional Loose Powder

Warning: glitter. Unfortunatly it says *nowhere on the packaging* that there is glitter in this product, and yet, i applied it and wham. It’s really upsetting because it ruins the whole
product for me; if i wanted glitter, i would have chosen a product that said glitter. In fact since this says professional it makes you think there especially isnt glitter. Don’t know anyone who would just want glitter all over their face????

I bought this after running out of my translucent Laura mercier setting powder. I think I purchased it for about $8-9 at the local rite aid. I purchased fair since I do have a pretty fair freckles skin tone. However even though it is the lightest one it is still very dark on my skin. I would have to spray tan or use sunless tanner to match this product. It does do what it is supposed to do holds my makeup in place all day long, has a great finish and look to it. Just not happy with the color match

This is a very good translucent setting powder and it is great for the under eyes and baking I would compare it to the Laura mercier translucent setting powder in the packaging department but however the product is not the same the Laura mercier translucent setting powder is more finely milled and the I feel like the cover girl one smells like Vick’s vaporub

I have this product in translucent. I am not usually a fan of drug store makeup. That being said-i really like this powder alot! And that says something lol I have dry skin as well, so powders are not usually my friend. But this powder does not cake up on dry spots or make my skin look flakey. I use just the smallest amount to set my foundation and it makes it so soft and smooth. One of the very few makeup items that I use on the daily that comes from a drug store! And I would go out of my way to choose this product! I do not however use the puff that comes with it. I recommend using a make brush. The puff just makes a god awful mess! Too much product if you use the enclosed puff.

I essentially got this product for free & that’s why I decided to get it. It was $5.19 (I believe) and I had a $3 off coupon plus a $3 ibotta reward for a covergirl product. I bought the darkest shade Target had because it’s an easy powder to use as a quick bronzer. I wish they would have had a darker color, though. BUT! Besides that, the powder is very silky in texture and blends into my skin very nicely.

I am a believer in setting my foundation but I don’t want my face to be matte and flat. This powder does the opposite and that’s why I love it! When I use this, my makeup is set but the underlying glow from my foundation is still there. It is easily accessible and very affordable. I have used this powder for years and will continue to do so. It is my everyday absolute go to. #covergirlclean #influenster

This setting powder does have a weird smell and it is tinted, but it does keep concealer on throughout the day. It has slight flashback and sometimes the product can get messy in the container because there is not a “second lid” like in the Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Setting Powder. This isn’t my favorite setting powder, but it is okay. COVERGIRL Professional Loose Powder

I love this product so far! I used to have elf translucent powder , but it would reflect too white on camera . This one has a nuetral undertone . It doesnt crease or crack through out the day . I leave it on as i do my eye makeup and it catches all the fallout . then i go and brush it off . It is very fine in texture , smooth to apply . It does have a scent to it . Not that great of a scent .

I love this loose powder! It's very soft and it doesn't make my skin feel overly dry or weird (which is often a problem for me because I have combination skin). It soaks up any oil on my face really well and my foundation stays matte for most of the day. It's also easy to find and it isn't overly expensive and has a nice shade range, which I love. I'm definitely going to repurchase.

I have been looking for a new loose powder to bake my concealer with. I wanted something a bit cheaper and easy to pick up at any drug store. Does this bake well?

For some reason, this powder makes my face break out, but the pressed powders do not. I'm not sure why.. anybody else have this problem?
