I really love this eyeliner! It is a rich brown with a hint of shimmer and makes my eyes look so nice and natural with just one line. The formula is really smooth and creamy, and glides on effortlessly. It doesn’t smudge and stays perfect all day, even when it’s hot. But the best part is, it’s easy to wash off with soap and water! No hard scrubbing needed. It lasts long and is easy to take off. I think everyone should try it and pick it up during your Target run, since it's also affordable! Also, heard amazing things about the black one!

The CoverGirl Perfect Point Eyeliner is fantastic for everyday use. It glides on smoothly, offering precise application with minimal effort. It’s perfect for both sharp lines and a more blended look. Overall, a great, affordable eyeliner that delivers on performance! My only complaint is when it get low it starts to break really easy

This liner made it incredibly easy to draw a precise wing. I wear this when I go out and at concert venues, and it has proven to be waterproof! It last all night and stays black (no fading). This eyeliner is fairly affordable too. Would recommend!

I’ve been using cover Girl perfect point ink eyeliner for years. I love it. You can put it on thick if you want or you can put it on thin whatever you choose. It stays on all day. It doesn’t come off until you take it off. 

I. Always in the hunt for a good black eyeliner and this did not disappoint. The precision is impeccable! And the removal is very quick and easy. I will be buying again.

As someone who has issues creating that perfect cat eye wing this has been a saver. The thin pen allows you to create the most effortless flick without any real skill.

Goes on so smoothly and wears very well. The point makes it easy to create wings. I did not think it gave me raccoon eyes either so that’s a huge plus

I’m not a huge fan of liquid eyeliner. I still love a simple pencil but this one blew me away. It was so easy to use and apply and mimicked a pencil. Goes on so smooth allowing you to create a flawless eyeliner.
