Very, very dishonest company. Ordered $400 dress from them that was not on sale. Within 4 hours of having rec’d it, I attempted to return and/or exchange. They would not allow it. Seriously deceptive business practices. Not sure where the reviews come from that are on their page because nowhere can you review them on their page. so I question whether those reviews are authentic. However, if you will search them on any social media page, you will find lots and lots of people who have had the same and/or similar terrible experience.

I had to exchange my dress for a larger size. The Ladivine dress they gave me was perfect for my event! I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a Portia & Scarlett dress from CoutureCandy and was a little worried about sizing before purchasing. I ended up needing an exchange, but their 5-day exchange policy made the whole process incredibly easy. Customer service was responsive, and I received the replacement dress quickly. The fit was perfect and the quality was beautiful. Highly recommend!
