I would have to unfortunately give this one a big fat MEH. It was OK. It pulled my hair a lot. The hairs got stuck in between the plate and the casing and it pulled out so many hairs. It straightened and curled OK, but it hurt my dumb head hahaha... Wouldn't buy it again.
