This is pretty effective I don’t like the taste of it but it actually works great for bleeding gums I think it’s worth using even if you don’t like!

Very good mouthwash, prevent gum disease, and reduce gum bleeding. Really makes my mouth feel clean and fresh. Free of alcohol makes it less harsh.
