I drink these everyday! Definitely a great supplement for protein when you are on the go. I also like the strawberry Banana and Vanilla flavor as well. It’s smooth to drink. Helps with muscle recovery as well.

The taste was okay, you can definitely get the strong protein powder taste. But for 24 grams of protein it’s not bad - nice for when you are on the go
