These are okay. The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have a strange taste or aftertaste, and I didn’t have any negative side effects. I took the full bottle and while I did have some days where I was more alert and focused, I don’t know if that’s because of these or because that’s just how those days went; it wasn’t consistent. Overall, I think these may have to be taken for a longer time to fully know whether they work, but assuming they do, they aren’t bad and you get a 30 day supply per bottle.

Before I started taking these I had ZERO energy. I would sleep until lunch, stay awake maybe 2 hours and then would go back to sleep. Since I started taking these I feel like I'm more alert and have more energy than I have had in a while. Would 10/10 recommend.

I got these for my husband. He’s been taking them every day consistently but said he hasn’t noticed any change or anything drastic since he’s started them.
