This massager is ok. It is a little bulky so therefore makes for a little awkwardness when positioning it on your back. Honestly I use it more for my calves than I do my back. I just lay my leg over it to massage the calves because I just can’t find an area on my back when I’m sitting that allows me to feel comfortable. It’s amazing for my calves though!! Just the right pressure around the muscles!!
