This is my first water flosser and for the most part, I'm pretty impressed with it. It has three modes - normal, soft, and pulse. You can turn to the desired mode before turning the device on. Another feature that I like is you can either fill the basin from the bottom or take it off to fill from the top. Same goes for emptying it of water. It comes with a charger and an extra nozzle head, which is shaped to get between teeth. I will say it does work. It definitely takes some getting used to. The first time I used it my bathroom looked like a Waterpark because I had no idea what I was doing and I had to watch a YouTube video. But once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy. Overall, I like it. The only thing that concerns me about this particular one is that it does not say it is ADA approved on the box, which I don't like. I think in the future I will invest in one that is to make sure my teeth are better cared for and safe. But for now this will work in conjunction with brushing and flossing.
