Great Merlot and at a very good price point. Very smooth without being watery, very flavorful but not overpowering. Burgers and wine? I know not the best combination but it was actually great. This isn’t any burger it was my first chimi (and homemade by my friends), a Dominican street style burger. This wine is so good and diverse that I played very well with this burger and also with dessert. I would like to try other wines from this brand as I have heard good things about it.

Coppola Diamond Collection Red Merlot is absolutely delightful. The delicious subtle hints of red fruit, caramel and chocolate are spectacular! The flavor is lush and exquisite. We paired it with our penne pasta with vodka sauce, and our honey glazed salmon. I highly recommend this brand.
