I am someone that loves cheese on sandwiches on eggs and so many different things. I even love a great grilled cheese sandwich using Cooper sharp. White American cheese loaf I was one surprised regarding the packaging. It’s not in a plastic bag that I’m normally used to, but the container becomes very helpful in keeping the cheese fresh inside. It is foil paper that you can fold increase and it has a lid that you can remove and add back onto the main block to keep air out of it and keep your cheese from catching air and turning hard for a long time. Taste wise it does have more salt per serving than I’m used to, but it’s not a huge noticeable difference in flavor where I feel like it makes their product overly salty. Warmed up this cheese melts like butter. It has an amazingly soft texture and is very delicious cold with some crackers or warmed up on a sandwich or even with eggs. Every combination comes out delicious!

We absolutely loved the Cooper Sharp White American Cheese Loaf.. The consistency, texture and taste are amazing. I made broccoli cheese soup and mac and cheese.

Absolutely delicious cheese! We went with the traditional grilled cheese on sourdough and this cheese is NOTICIBLY different than your typical individual packaged American cheese. The appearance and texture just seemed so much less processed. Beware you do have to slice this cheese yourself, it comes as a giant block. It melted so beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious. Nobody complained about dinner which never happens. I don't think I can ever go back to individually sliced and packaged "cheese" again. We will definitely be eating grilled cheese more often now. It was a hit with the whole family!
