The Cool Touch Heated Mattress Pad has some nice features, but it falls short in a few areas. On the plus side, it heats up quickly and provides even warmth across the mattress, which is great on cold nights. The material feels soft, and the dual controls are convenient for sharing the bed. However, the “cool touch” feature doesn’t really stand out—I didn’t notice any significant cooling effect when the heat was off. Also, the cords are a bit bulky and awkward to manage, and the pad tends to shift around slightly under the fitted sheet. For the price, I expected a bit more durability and functionality. It’s okay, but not exceptional.

This mattress pad is AMAZING it’s like having a jumbo heating pad on every inch of your bed. As someone who struggles with back pain I found it helping my back SO much to have. It fits my bed perfectly and I look forward to it every night. Additionally on those hot nights when I don’t use it my bed feels cooler than normal which is amazing.

I love this mattress pad!!! I love that there’s dual heating so I can have mine on while my boyfriend keeps his side cold. It’s so customizable and I love how cushiony it makes my bed. It genuinely makes my sleep so much more satisfying. It seems well built and there is good space where the wires are hidden.
