These are alright, although I found them kind of chalky. I've bought them twice and found that you have to be careful with how you cook them. If you boil it too hot, it might crumble and completely fall apart, tasting super chalky. If you boil it to quickly, it's guaranteed to come out partially frozen. I've found that boiling it at medium heat, then draining the pot partially and cooking it IN the sauce, actually improves the flavour. With gluten-free products it's always a gamble (because the different ingredients will change the consistency/ heat absorption) but these are alright. I'm glad there are gluten-free raviolis on the market, but the manufacturer could definitely improve these. On our side, there's potential to make these taste better (with just a little extra effort).
