This item is a replacement for my Homedics which wore out and I could not find again. The price is significantly higher than the sale price I would pay for the Homedics but I found no other reasonably priced option. I was very pleased with the massage and heating experience of this product. The remote, which my Homedics did not include, makes it very easy and accessible to operate. The only negative is--and the reason I only gave it 4 stars--the massaging action is stronger than is comfortable for me. To adapt, I put a throw between me and the cushion. Time will tell as to how durable it is

The pillow is quite good, supports the neck well and is comfortable against the skin, does not take up much space, so it is convenient to take on a trip. The material is of high quality, but I did not like it after washing. It lost a little color and became not so pleasant to the touch.

This neck pillow has so much comfort. It’s effectiveness is unmatched. It has versatility and durability are great. It’s also has perfect portability as well.
