I have had this hair straightener for years and it still works just as good now as it did the first time i used it. I like the different heat setting and love that the temp locks so i dont have to worry about accidentally touching any controls turning it down or up while im using it. It has never pulled my hair. Its always a smooth run thru every time. I use it to straight or add loose curls to my hair. My hair is always so silky smooth after i use it. I only need to go over a section of hair 1 or 2 times for it to be straight. I love it
