We use this product at work daily for rehabilitation purposes.  The quality is great and they provide effective training for our athletes coming back from injury.  They are affordable.  The multitude of things that can be done with them is also a plus!

These are great if your going through physical training. When I broke my elbow they had me use this to balance and regain strength in my arms. Yes it is painful but it does the trick!! Not too expensive
