I'm super happy with my Pink VIVO 1030W, this machine is absolutely ginormous and gorgeous! Before your first batch, it is vital to remove manufacturing residue. I washed the bowl with a cotton cloth and it came away grey, don't skip this step. I ran three scoops of distilled water through the machine (distilled is best as it lacks the minerals found in bottled or tap water). This machine produces large amounts of cotton candy very quickly! After 40 minutes, the spinner developed some normal burned sugar stripes. I cleaned this with a warm cotton cloth, q-tips, and a little patience. While it takes some work to maintain, it isn't hard to clean if you follow the manual. It is incredibly fun to have fresh cotton candy at home whenever I want. I've already handed out bags to the neighbors and sealed some for later. FUN!

We just bought this for our school and we love it! We had small, tabletop machines that were slow and made a huge mess. We recently upgraded to this machine and we are so happy. It’s fast, easy to use and we purchased the dome for the top so the mess is minimal. It’s so quiet, easy to move around and is perfect for all of our student event.

Wow! Really cool! My children love this Cotton Candy Machine! And it is must have for all parties we do! It is easy to use and clean and it is not very noisy! So easy to make that make kids use this without any problem .it is very good quality machine we have been using very often for about 2 years and it looks like new. 5 stars
