Comcast scams you terribly. they rack up the price after one to two years to a ridiculous amount andn then tell you they can do that without previous warning. They also maken you pay individually for movies and shows and such aside from PPV. rediculous and their free movies are horrible B* rated movies most the time that are indie flicks or some movie you've never heard of and have horrible acting. direct TV gives you so much more for your $

It is a decent cable company sometimes. The prices are rather high and customer service is terrible! They never can help but won't transfer you to someone else. Very few people speak fluent english. The plus side is we rarely lose service. This is the only cable company offered where we live.

Overpriced, not great customer service, not very intelligent installer cut the phone line that connected my house alarm, causing me to have intermittent phone service...of course it took 3 months and 8 visits for them to tell me that I needed to plug my phone line directly into the modem in order to have consistent phone service. By doing that, I had to unplug my alarm so now every time I have to engage my alarm system, I have to unplug my phone....yea they wouldn't rewire the house because they blamed the problem on the previous service provider

Comcast is a reliable company. I trust the brand. Reasonable price, fairly steep with additional channels. Occasionally overcharges for Internet despite the slow and poor connection at times through the house. I would expect better wifi connects nauseating the price. Consistently have to update modem and router for fast internet.

Channel mix is ok. Wish they had YES network. Noticing a lot of dupe channels. Wish they did a better job of communicating new channels. Have not had a problem with the Internet and phone. Service has been decent. Tech support is a mixed bag, what you receive will be as good as the tech on the phone. Local service centers are ok. Personnel is nice, equipment I've received has ranged between used vs really beat up.

I hate comcast >:( the service is shotty, my bill is almost always different and my WiFi modem likes to loose conection evey couole days. The wifi is pretty quick tho ;) and I do like that you can use your comcast user info to sign in online and watch ondemand from your computer or mobile device

We moved into our house in November or 2014 and had nothing but trouble with Comcast. They have terrible customer service. On two separate occasions they had told us they would be at our house between certain times and never showed up even after my fiancé had left work early to be home. When we called them and finally got ahold of someone they said that no one was scheduled to come out. This happened twice to us.

Honestly, I am about to call Comcast to give the a piece of my mind about our business internet. We are in Salt Lake City and our service is not good, plus, we are being way overcharged based on the pricing offers I've seen for new customers. I understand that you get incentives for signing up but I don;t think a loyal customers should be paying twice the price of a new one. I would not recommend Comcast.

We use Comcast because it is the only reliable internet provider in our area. we tried other dsl service but the connection speeds were much to slow. if another provider came to our area we would switch immediately. Comcast is over priced! we cancelled our cable package and just use the internet.

I have tried all the different cable companies out there- And this is by far my favorite.. They have tons of features - and people complain about all the different expenses - but realistically every company charges extra for different perks.... This company is quick to get a live person to assist with any issues - and very reasonable when it comes to calling and asking if can post pone payment.. I can't complain

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
