I hate comcast >:( the service is shotty, my bill is almost always different and my WiFi modem likes to loose conection evey couole days. The wifi is pretty quick tho ;) and I do like that you can use your comcast user info to sign in online and watch ondemand from your computer or mobile device

They have great services, and there is no doubt they do a great job when i tcomes to fast internet and good programming, however the company structure is awful. everyone i talk to tells me something different and getting ahold of customer service is a nightmare. Since introducing the call back option though, it has been better...but there is still no organization in the customer service & product department

Well we don't have a choice in cable or internet providers in my area so Comcast is what we have. For the most part my services are good. The prices are high but that is true for all cable and internet providers. Their customer service has always been helpful and I appreciate that with a company.

Comcast is a reliable company. I trust the brand. Reasonable price, fairly steep with additional channels. Occasionally overcharges for Internet despite the slow and poor connection at times through the house. I would expect better wifi connects nauseating the price. Consistently have to update modem and router for fast internet.

Overpriced, not great customer service, not very intelligent installer cut the phone line that connected my house alarm, causing me to have intermittent phone service...of course it took 3 months and 8 visits for them to tell me that I needed to plug my phone line directly into the modem in order to have consistent phone service. By doing that, I had to unplug my alarm so now every time I have to engage my alarm system, I have to unplug my phone....yea they wouldn't rewire the house because they blamed the problem on the previous service provider

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. We have had countless problems. Including a random $700 bill (should have been $45) that they refused to get rid of or correct for two months. They even shut off our service until we paid on it. Every time we called to try and work this out, we were given the runaround and told it would be fixed that hour. It never was until we contacted head of customer service.

Unfortunately, Comcast is our only option for high speed internet in our area, otherwise we would do away with them completely. For what we pay, we don't get enough of the channels we actually want and to many of the ones we don't. And they have terrible customer service that are constantly trying to upsell us to packages things we don't want, and offer great prices for "promotional" periods, then jack up the prices when period is over. Watch out!

Eh... It's not the greatest. My landlord pays for it (and I pay her) so I don't know how easy it is to cancel. I do know however that I often have to reset the internet because it goes out and I need to unplug and replug to get it to work. There's not really any other options in my area either.

I never have a problem with Comcast. Installation is easy. If anything comes up, I call and it is handled. I haven't needed a person come to my house lately; but in the past, they show up on time or call if they will be late. I seldom have issues with my signals, even during a storm. Overall, I am very happy with Comcast. The only thing I don't like us my area Comcast does not offer TCM. I really like TCM.

Seems high priced and service tends to go out a lot. The customer service people are very nice, however, when we had it installed they ran a cord through my card and never bothered to bury it. When i called asking if this was my responsibility they said no..the installers should have taken care of that. Seems like a lack of follow through with the installation crew and the continual loss of cable gets annoying.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
