I have a love hate relationship with Comcast cable. Their customer service sucks. although there internet speed is very good. their basic cable package is pretty good. I will more than likely be switching cable companies and internet service when my contract is up. because of their crappy customer service

Seriously the devil. I have yet to have a positive experience w/ either their service techs, or the people you talk to on the phone, and most of the time, I have to call multiple times because the people on the phone don't do what they offer/say they will do. Seriously, if you have another option, use it.

Scheduled our move weeks in advance, but the service did not transfer. Spoke to 11 different representatives in the span of 9 hours with no help from anyone, INCLUDING the supervisor. Gave up and called back the next day..the first person to speak to us got it working within 5 minutes. LIVID is an understatement. They are currently the fastest Internet provider (by far) in our area and that's the only reason we stick with them.

I love all the things the new Comcast Xfinity offers. Comcast however did upset me by advertising things that haven't come out yet or weren't perfected they had a lot of problems with the X1 box because the technology was fairly new yet they advertised it as something they already fine-tuned. Yes they are expensive one of the most expensive in my area so be careful because all those nickel and diming they do can add up

The customer service is terrible at comcast. They're the most affordable internet in my area but it's still really expensive. We pay for what they said the best internet package is but it is SO slow! I've called numerous times explaining this but all they ever tell me is to reset my router. So unhelpful.

We use Xfinity services in my home, and they generally work very well for both internet and cable TV. I find that it is very easy to get a hold of someone whenever I am having issues with the service provided. I just recently got the new remote that I can talk to and it makes finding shows so much easier.

I have the biggest love/hate relationship with Comcast. They are sometimes not dependable and Internet tends to crap out most of the time. The pro is that it is better than all the other cable/internet company, but would love to see Comcast improve their services in the homes and customer service wise.

Comcast has amazing internet and cable. If you pay attention to their commercials or website you'll see they're always running deals so make sure you get a good deal and talk to them about everything you need/want. Customer service can be a pain SOMETIMES, but if you're lucky you'll get someone nice. lol

I am not a huge fan of Comcast. However it is the only option unless we went with a dish.. Their plans are not affordable unless you do a triple bundle. We do not have a landline so we do not use this option and because of that we pay a lot more than we should have to for only have cable and internet..

It is really hit or miss with Comcast. We pay for the high speed internet because I work from home but you only get the high speed if you are hard wired not on wifi which can be really annoying. I know that they can't control everything but I feel like every time a storm hits we have an internet outage.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
