I have had Comcast for just over a year now and have had more issues then anything else. My bills are never consistent, one month it might be $47 and the next month its $122, I came home one day to find out that 90% of my channels were no longer available, they had changed what my package contained and never informed me so now I have to pay even more to upgrade my cable service to the highest package they offer so I can have all my channels back. Their customer service is not friendly and treats you like your the idiot for not knowing. If I could get a different cable company I would.

I have the biggest love/hate relationship with Comcast. They are sometimes not dependable and Internet tends to crap out most of the time. The pro is that it is better than all the other cable/internet company, but would love to see Comcast improve their services in the homes and customer service wise.

While many people complain about comcast and their prices, I have not had an issue with them. It seems as long as you pay on time your prices stay the same (unless your promotion ends) and if there is a problem they are usually pretty quick to fix it! Plus, their interest is the fastest around in my area!

I am not a huge fan of Comcast. However it is the only option unless we went with a dish.. Their plans are not affordable unless you do a triple bundle. We do not have a landline so we do not use this option and because of that we pay a lot more than we should have to for only have cable and internet..

Comcast has amazing internet and cable. If you pay attention to their commercials or website you'll see they're always running deals so make sure you get a good deal and talk to them about everything you need/want. Customer service can be a pain SOMETIMES, but if you're lucky you'll get someone nice. lol

I use Comcast for both cable and internet. Be warned, the price starts out good but will double or triple once you are out of your promotional period. I upgraded my internet speed once and they failed to inform me that the modem I was renting from them wouldn't work. Customer service is severely lacking.

The customer service is terrible at comcast. They're the most affordable internet in my area but it's still really expensive. We pay for what they said the best internet package is but it is SO slow! I've called numerous times explaining this but all they ever tell me is to reset my router. So unhelpful.

I love all the things the new Comcast Xfinity offers. Comcast however did upset me by advertising things that haven't come out yet or weren't perfected they had a lot of problems with the X1 box because the technology was fairly new yet they advertised it as something they already fine-tuned. Yes they are expensive one of the most expensive in my area so be careful because all those nickel and diming they do can add up

Unfortunately, Comcast is the only service provider in my area. I've had horrible experience with their customer service. Multiple times I've been overcharged on my account, and when brought to their attention, they agree to fix it - but the problem is NEVER FIXED!! I would not recommend Comcast to anyone.

I will more than likely be switching cable companies and internet service when my contract is up. because of their crappy customer service
