I use Comcast for my cable needs. I like Comcast services, however, they are too expensive. The services are barely affordable. They have excellent television and Internet. It met my expectations. I would recommend it, but caution about the prices.

Ughhh what can I say about Comcast.... the customer service is absolutely horrible. If you call over the phone just expect things to change a hundred times and spend hours on the phone having to call back and try to fix things. Your best bet is actually going into a comcast store and getting what you need.... usually you are in and out in no time. Prices are fairly expensive too and they always want to lock you into a contract so you are stuck.

I have to say, i hate comcast's customer service just as much as everybody else on this planet. that being said i have to admit i haven't had to call them in a very long time. The service has been very relieable and the speeds very fast. Ill keep using them as long as i don't have to deal with their customer service department

Comcast is alright. Pretty pricey, but then again most internet/cable companies are. The Internet is pretty fast, can't complain on that. There are a million channels on TV and literally nothing to watch about 90% of the time. But other than that the Internet is fast like I said and if you want fast internet I would recommend Comcast

Comcast A.K.A. Xfinity is what I currently use for my cable and internet only cause in my area it's pretty much the only company I can use. If I could use anyone else I would. Their prices are too HIGH, their internet is all data usage with one plan and can't get anything other than it. I personally wouldn't recommend Comcast to anyone.

What you've heard about Comcast customer service is true, the only thing you can rely on is that they'll be late! I have Comcast for my cable and Internet. While my cable is very reliable, my internet is spotty. I've heard a lot worse about other companies so I don't complain much, but I wish my internet was more consistent.

This service has many options and payment plans depending on what your family watches its based on your monthly price their service is at times not the greatest especially when the weather is'nt the best out but other then that they offer a wide variety of channels and when its working as it is suppose it is great and convenient

I'm only rating this because where we live, this is the only cable company unless you do some type of a dish network. But since It loves to storm down here at random days , months, times. Dish Network companies do not work. So this is where Comcast comes in and rips you off. Way to expensive and he worst customer service ever

Can I give comcast zero stars? I've had them for 8 years since I bought my first house and ever moment of it has been hell. They charge hundreds of dollars when they swear they'll "personally take the charge off", and every phone call takes hours. I'd switch in a SECOND if I had any other option. Fiber internet is less than a mile from my house, but they can't get permission from the park board to dig the lines under the creek. So I just suffer.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
