I'm generally happy with my Comcast service as long as I don't have to call for anything. Fortunately I very rarely have to contact them, but when I do, you can bet it is going to be a dehumanizing experience from one of their Customer Script Readers (CSR).

We have been customers with Comcast for 10+yrs. Never had an issue with them and we even upgraded to HDTV DVR with no extra cost and when there's an issue it's usually handled right away.
We don't plan on leaving them anytime soon.

Most of the time the internet runs pretty fast. Although lately sometimes the wifi would just drop for no reason and then go back to normal a few minutes later.
