While Comcast provides the biggest bang for the buck in my area they do not have the best customer service when there is a problem. They are expensive and it seems like recently the cable service has not been working very well.

Comcast is alright. Nothing great, but since there isn't many other options, they'll do. Their customer service is subpar. If you need TV & internet, Comcast is your best bet. Can't wait for the day Google Fiber is everywhere!

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
