What started out to be a great service provider went downhill after having them for a while. They did not stick by their contract so we had to call customer service. Our internet, phone and cable go out or service at least twice a month.

I hate Comcast. The service is spotty when it rains or snows. It's overpriced and customer service is terrible. Expect to spend an hour plus on hold if you ever need to call.

The actual service is ok. Not stellar. The customer service is LACKING IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE. They don't care a out your questions or any problems and there a lot of hidden fees.

I love the internet it's super fast hardly any loading circles with I hate. The cable is hard to get used to only because you can't just search a channel you have to kind of remember the number but other then that it's great no complaints
