Comcast is horrible! If you ever have a problem and have to call them you will sit on hold for an hour only to be hung up on or transferred to sit on hold again! The only reason we still have it is because it is the only provider in our area!

Comcast is a really great provider. For the most part the service is good and they are quick getting issues resolved. My only complain would be the pricing and new data cap.

To be honest I don't really enjoy being with XFinity we are college students and still pay really high bills we just wanted internet but it was $100 just for that so we had to get the plan with internet and cable for almost the same price.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
