Not a very good company they keep jacking thr price up then they change the day your payment is due which really gives you less than a month before your next payment comes due it happens alot, I would not recommend this company to anyone

Service in general is fine. My complaint is with the on-demand feature. The commercials are so inappropriate for kids , and they play these commercials all hours of the day and night. Complaining about it does nothing , they don't care.

Service is great when it works. Internet cuts out every night at the same time, I have contacted them and they have done nothing about it. Basically their customer support is terrible and they're service is not worth what you pay for it.

We've found the new X1 box/voice remote quite easy to use. And we appreciate the options/ease of use. We also have Internet and phone through Comcast. We have in the past had issues with customer service being difficult and even on occasion down right rude however in the past year when we've had issues they've been resolved easily.

I very like their cheap price for their internet although it depends on how much your income is. Even if the price is cheap, it sad that the wifi is sometimes weak. The further you are away from the router, the wifi is not that great
