I think Comcast is the best cable you can get. It came with a voice activated remote which is just crazy but it makes being lazy that much easier. It experiences interruptions like any other cable when it rains really really hard but it's great other than that

Comcast is a pretty decent internet provider. The cost of the service could be a little lower, but you definitely,get high speeds and fast downloads. Customer service is decent , and the equipment is easy to set up on your own. I'd recommend it to others.

There are many cable providers out there and I had tried multiple ones. I must say that Comcast is by far the best choice. I have never had an issue with customer service and any time I have had issues with my service they are quick to remedy the situation. Also, I have the triple play package which includes tv, phone, and Internet and it is a great deal!

Love the service i have . The customer service is great and very helpful , it is kind of expensive but well worth it. My internet never goes out an i can use as much as i need to. Cable an on demand is awesome an i would never choose a different service,

I know there are a lot of bad reviews out there about Comcast/Xfinity, but I can honestly say I have always had a good experience in customer service and reliability. Everyone I have spoken to at the call center/IT center have been great and very helpful.

The internet/ WiFi is awful. I use it only when I am home from college, and honestly the college's WiFi is faster. although it is cheaper than Windstream, it isn't worth the price of it. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemies, if i even had any.

Comcast tv, internet, and phone are fairly priced and if you are a new customer there is usually a very good deal for the bundle. The television features are good and the internet and cable seem to be normal. The only problem I have is with the new xfinity X1. The ondemand feature with X1 I don't believe is as good as it was on the older version. Many of my favorite shows are not available right away and sometimes become unavailable partway through watching them (if you pause the show).

Internet speed starts off amazing & months go by until you notice your speed slowly getting worse. To fix this you have to purchase a higher package only to find it doing the same thing. I wouldn't recommend Comcast but that's all that's offered in some areas. #monopoly

I hate how they lure you in with great low price package deals and then when the promotional period is over, they charge you out the yinyang. Customer loyalty should be rewarded. Their speed is pretty decent. Their customer service is hit or miss. And I'm definitely not happy about them siding with the "internet fast lane" and not siding with Net Neutrality.

I hate Comcast with a passion... but their Xfinity online platform is useful. Other than that, I'm sure I have the same complaints as usual (I've had them for over 10 years). Horrible customer service, long waits for service, phone tree gives me hives.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
