For cable TV i give it 3/5 stars. (nothing special), But internet? 10 or of 5 stars! amazing download speed 95mbps average and I'm only paying for 75mbps. Customer service fairly average. cost is a tiny bit too high ($75mth). but well worth it in the long run.

I really enjoy Comcast. I found a great deal through them when i moved and decided to switch. I absolutely love their on demand feature. It is where i keep up with all of my shows and i am able to binge watch new shows. I would definitely recommend to others.

Bah this just frustrates me. Their customer service is awful. Spent two hours on hold and being pushed around to other people only
To have to continue my story over and over again. The Internet is fine one minute then is off the next. Their X1 is nice though

I enjoy my cable and internet services that are bundled with comcast. I have a local office nearby my house and am able to adjust my account often to take advantage of promotions and special offers. I believe they are a decent company. I would recommend them.

they will cheat you out of your money and throttle your internet service. avoid them at all costs

I gave comcast two stars. The connection isn't bad, my products seem to always be working. BUT the customer service is terrible. They seem to never know what they're talking about and have a very difficult time speaking English. I'd recommend to those with patience!

When it works, it rocks. When it doesn't, which is more often than not, it is horrible. For the price I pay for internet, cable and phone, I should not need a technician at my house every other week. They are always pleasant but never get the work done right.

Terrible customer service and the Internet and TV go out a lot. People make memes about how terrible their customer service is just to prove how awful it is. I will be switching soon although I've been a Comcast customer for years they continue to go downhill.

So far everything has been decent with Comcast, the only complaint I've had with them, is when I'm watching something my cable will just freeze up. I cannot stand that it just freezes like that, especially when it's at a good part in a movie or show. I get frustrated and just cut it off. other than that I love comcast.

I like the connectivity and the speed of the Internet that the company provides. However, I feel like its a little bit too pricey. You can find better alternatives with even better customer service. I would recommend to people who do not care about price.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
