Pretty good service! Internet has occasionally went out but was very simple to reset! You have to watch your bill every two years as your special will run out and you will be charged a ridiculous amount more a month but other then that haven't had many issues

I love Comcast. I think it's easy to use and works well. The only issue we have is that iPhones don't connect well to the wifi that Comcast gives you. Samsung Galaxy phones are fine, but apple products go in and out. Cable works great and we don't have issues often.

I gave comcast two stars. The connection isn't bad, my products seem to always be working. BUT the customer service is terrible. They seem to never know what they're talking about and have a very difficult time speaking English. I'd recommend to those with patience!

I really enjoy Comcast. I found a great deal through them when i moved and decided to switch. I absolutely love their on demand feature. It is where i keep up with all of my shows and i am able to binge watch new shows. I would definitely recommend to others.

Comcast is literal satan. besides the point they are an actual monopoly controlling prices for media across the board, my internet LITERALLY never works. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. HIGHLY do not recommend, go for ANY other company.

Comcast is ok. It's really our only option as far as cable goes because we can't have a satellite dish. My biggest issue with them is how often their service goes down for long periods with the price we pay them we should have very few outages if any at all!

Comcast is mostly a good service provider. It sometimes has quirky moments where it doesn't work, like when we moved, but we're mostly quite satisfied with both the internet and cable provided by this company. I'm not too sure about other providers, though.

We have had comcast for 8 months now and I can say nothing but good things about them. Our service has been great...when we've had problems with our Internet not working (2 times) they were very helpful over the phone and offered to send someone out...however it was able to be fixed over the phone. I would certainly continue service with them if we ever moved.

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
