So far I am not thrilled with comcast. The internet is VERY slow and the technicians were very rude when they came to set up our internet. They just didn't show up on the first day they were supposed to come. So we rescheduled, then they called to say they were going to be about 45 minutes late for this new appointment and showed up 2 hours later.... Then they tried to make me feel bad for being upset about their "stressful" day. Very unprofessional . They also left the cover off of our power box outside and now wires are exposed to the weather. I called and they said someone will be out to put it back on in 8-10 days. WHAT!

Worst customer service ever!! It took a entire year to figure out the underground line was bad. Easy enough, replace it right? Well almost right, but only after charging us nearly $700 for a "one month bill" and then refusing to fix their mistakes. Promises were made multiple times that a supervisor would call to resolve the billing issue, however no one ever called. We constantly called them to resolve the issue to no avail. We finally gave up, returned their equipment and requested our service be disconnected. Best decision we ever made. Hopefully our experience was an isolated one and other locations/areas have better Comcast customer service. Best of luck.

Where to begin, Comcast has always been a thorn in my side. Hate hate with a little love relationship. First of they are so exp pensive buy make you feel you can't live without them. The customer service quality is non existent, too have top soak with a supervisor to get anywhere because the prep Lee that work in the call centers are so rude.when they send you equipment they never know what they are doing, billing is an absolute nightmare with s so many bogus charges and they feed on people who have no other choices in the area. They have offer that doing great, hook you into them buy don't tell you about all of the hidden fees but...I do like the variety and their internet. Do in order to be able top surf the web or watch a show you basically have top make a sacrifice to the Comcast gods every month...ughhh

Horrible customer service. We had no internet or cable for almost 5 days, no idea why. We called repeatedly and they tried helping us troubleshoot, but nothing worked. When they finally came to our house, they noticed the cable that allows for access to both had been locked by one of their own! So someone from Comcast had come to our home and cut our internet and cable, with no notification, and on the "assumption" that we weren't paying our bills when all of our bills had in fact been paid for. Customer service only wanted to give us a $20 credit, for 5 days without service that we still had paid for. Horrible experience.

I have used Comcast for years. I don't think I've ever strayed away from using Comcast as my home internet and cable provider. This is mostly because in the college town I live in, we cannot have satellites and/or there is no other services in our area. The customer service is usually great, sometimes you get someone you can't understand but they are usually quite accommodating. The past few years, my roommates and I have always purchased a plan with a set price but the price regularly seems to rise after a certain amount of time with no warning. The internet is (usually) quick and we just get basic channels

Honestly I hate Comcast. In the area we live we do not have many choices for cable providers and they are pretty much the only choice for an internet provider. For cable they offer the lowest price and I do like that we do not have to sign into a 2 year contract agreement or anything like that. The customer service is awful and the bill is never what you agree to. If Direct or Dish could just lower the rates to be more comparable and I didn't have to sign an agreement I would switch in an instant. I've been with Comcast for 8 years now but not because they are valuable to me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I have a love hate relationship with comcast. When I recently moved I had them come in and install cable, internet and landline. This is my first time having my own comcast account. For about a week and a half nothing worked. We Called to have them come back and check everything over. The first time they sent someone they never called me or rung the doorbell, they just knocked and by the time i got to the door they were gone. That was super annoying to me seeing as i had to wait another week for them to come out and fix it. when they finally did they realized whoever set it up messed up and didn't check the connection. Now on top of that we got billed for the first 7 days ( for nothing that worked) for $280. I was outraged. When i called them and told them that it was very unfair for us to pay for a service that we haven't even been able to use they totally understood and we worked out a fair agreement. The service since then has been awesome with no problems ( knock on wood). The customer service team is very helpful.

I hate them. From their service to their customer service and straight on to corporate they're just terrible. They're over priced for the service you receive, especially since it doesn't work half of the time. I called for two years complaining that something was wrong with my internet (which they ran the wires for originally) and for two years they only ever gave me a new box and called it a day. I finally got a tech out here that knew what he was doing so the problem is "fixed". Corporate was less then helpful, they offered me one month free for two years of complaints. The service got so bad at one point I removed my cable because I refused to pay them more then needed. Unfortunately I'm in an area that only gets Comcast so my recommendation is that if you can another provider - go for it!

Overpriced and not that great. We have lived in same place for 8 years and have had nothing but problem after problem with our services. The send people out and they undo what the last guy did and call him names and it works fine for a few hours and then it has same issues with Internet speeds and on demand not working whenever it feels like it. I get tired of calling and being talked to like I do not know what I am doing. So we deal with if for quite some time before I cannot take it anymore and call again only to start the process all over again, but it is all we can get for the speeds that we need.

Ok so this is not a fair rating since I work for Comcast so I will just put this as the rating lol... ok so I no longer work for Comcast and it's been about 3 months now so I have the experience of being a customer and I definitely notice a difference from when I worked for thme to the quality now my husband and I joke that they have different wiring when you work for them because everything was smooth and worked perfect but once I stopped working for them the quality went down hill my TV freezes all the time the Internet is slow. Shoot I may have to go back to working for them to enjoy my services
