I have mixed emotions about this company as I'm sure many do. lol they have their good representatives and the ones you cant stand and hang up on and call back just to get someone new :) oopppsss I have been a Comcast customer for 8-9 years.. I absolutely love their on demand

Worst company ever. Signed up for a time to have cable Installed at my new apartment and they never showed up. Claimed I never had an appointment even though I had a confirmation email of the time. Went back and fourth trying to get them to come out before I stopped the run around and ended up cancelling. Best decision I've ever made was going with another CHEAPER cable company.

We have tried several TV service providers & ComCast has been the most consistent. The satellite companies seem to always have issues when the weather is bad which is when you want to watch tv. ComCast rarely has any problems & the customer service is acceptable. We just upgraded to the newest equipment & I love it. The new features are amazing such as the voice controls & OnDemand options.

The service is average. I haven't had any problems but they also haven't gone above & beyond. The price is competitive as long as you communicate with them. We were going to switch services & when we called they gave us a bunch of extra channels & another box for free to keep us.

Comcast internet is awful. The only reason we have it is because my apartment does not offer an alternative option. We pay SO MUCH MONEY for minimal service. Customer service is absolutely awful also. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. As soon as we can, we are getting a different provider.

Comcast customer service is really terrible and more times than none they lie about their billing and charges- each bill typically runs around $50 give or take, more than it should, however, it has the best programming, highest speed internet and reaches more areas in my region.

Comcast may have the best internet in our area, but if there was another option I would drop Comcast in a heartbeat. Worst company. Worst customer service. They are the #1 reason I don't have cable. I was tired of spending money on something that only worked part of the time.

Doesn't everyone know that Comcast sucks? Their prices are crazy, they have terrible customer service, they are constantly pushing you to buy a new plan or upgrade. The only reason that we use them is because they have a monopoly and are literally the only company in our area

I like the xfinity option that you can use wifi pretty much anywhere. Sometimes they call me repeatedly though even after I ask them not to. Connection is decent, rare outages. When there is an outage they usually come out and fix it. There may be better options but.. its easy.

We do not have cable, just internet through Comcast. One thing I like is that if you complain enough, you'll get a better deal. We get internet for around $20 a month and its ok. Not super fast, and it does slow down around busy times and the weekends. Better than dialup lol

Anyone actually have a good experience with comcast? The last time I can remember was back in 2007 when they would automatically change my bill at the end of my contract to continue the promotion for $29 for internet service.
