I have been an Xfinity customer for at least the past ten years, and they keep getting better. When technology gets better, they always upgrade their system to the latest technology as soon as they possibly can, and my bill does not increase and huge amount when they upgrade the system..Thank you for your excellent service.

Xfinity has been very disappointing. The internet connection is unstable, speeds often drop without explanation, and outages happen more often than they should. Customer support is hard to reach and rarely provides real solutions, which makes the experience even more frustrating. For the price, the service does not meet expectations at all.

Xfinity offers a lot more than cable TV. I am subscribed to cable, security and cameras, internet, land line and cell phones. They are very reliable; I rarely experience downtime. Customer service helps when needed. Every thing good but service is expensive.
