Product Description

High pigmentation and a satin-matte finish in liquid lipstick form to keep your lips soft and comfy all day long.

A bright red violet
Inspired by Karrueche's character Virginia in TNT's hit show Claws

Ultra Satin Lip A creamy, bold lipstick with a satin finish. This formula has the same high percentage of pigments as an Ultra Matte Lip but contains emollient ingredients for added moisture, keeping lips looking fresh and feeling super comfortable.

Though this lipstick is super long-wearing, it is not completely kiss-proof and does transfer.

Application Tips

  • Step One - Start with freshly exfoliated lips! Prime your lips with our Lippie Primer for increased longevity and smoother application!
  • Step Two - Line your lips with a matching Lippie Pencil; this will help you achieve the perfect finished look and give the appearance of fuller lips.
  • Step Three - Apply your Ultra Satin Lip in a thin layer for most comfortable wear.

Isododecane, Diisostearyl Malate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, C10-18 Triglycerides, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Wax, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Silica Silylate, Polyethylene, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Blue 1 Lake (Ci 42090), Iron Oxides (Ci 77499), Red 7 Lake (Ci 15850), Red 28 Lake (Ci 45410), Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891).

I love colourpop lipsticks! They are extremely affordable and comfortable (to a degree). Their collection is huge and they have so many shades that will look beautiful on all skin tones.

One thing to keep in mind is to keep the coats of lipstick to either one or two. The more coats you apply, the less comfortable it will be. These lipsticks are super pigmentated. Seriously. I have never had a problem with pigmentation. You wouldn't have to apply too many coats, so that shouldn't be such a big problem. However, you should still keep that in mind. I also found that the darker the colors are, the more likely that they will chip off your lips throughout the day.

Darker colors will also stain the lips. They are pretty long lasting, sometimes I find removing them to be a problem. They will glue on to your lips. Whether or not this is a good or bad thing is up to you.

I also found that the formula varies a lot from color to color. Some lipsticks I found to be extremely easy to remove and others would be a whole different story.

Overall, these are pretty good lipsticks. Whether you are just starting out with makeup, colourpop is a perfect place for you. You can easily expand your lipstick collection without breaking your bank. I definitely recommend these lipsticks!

I adore colourpop’s satin lipstick formula! These lipsticks are amazing and my absolute favorite liquid lipsticks to wear. They dry down but not completely so they do transfer but not a whole lot and they last a good while. The formula is comfortable and the pigment is well... pigmented! I had been eyeing certain colors for a long time and I was so happy when I finally decided to buy them. I was a tad nervous about ordering online since I couldn’t see the colors in person but I was super pleased and surprised at how much I loved every single one on me. I bought a handful of different colors. Point zero is the perfect cooler toned brown that I had been looking for. Marshmallow is also a really fun color. It’s like a grayish lavender and it was one that I was interested in but wasn’t sure how it was going to look. I love it! I will being buying as many of the satin lipsticks that I can!

My absolute favorite liquid lipstick formula!!

When I first tried Colour Pop liquid lipsticks, I was new to the scene and very naive. I tried a matte lipstick first and did not like it. It smeared all over my face by the end of my grocery trip and I looked a crazed clown at the checkout line.

However. The Satins.... the Ultra Satins. They were released shortly after I tried my first Colour Pop product. The Ultra Satins are just as pigmented and beautiful, but they are NOT drying! Your lips will not look like they have been eroding on the side of a mountain for several decades!!

One thing to keep in mind, these are not transfer-proof. But I'm ok with that... for $6? Seriously? I could buy as many colours as I wanted and not feel guilty about it. Most of the nicer lipsticks cost upwards of $20, but I am too cheap to fork out the cash for one color, when I could easily get three (or four, during sales!) for the same price.

The range of colors is really nice, and they are always releasing new ones! I also love the Ultra Metallics and Ultra Blotted lips. And the lippie stix are pretty, too! Not to mention all of the SuperShock products and Pressed Powder products!

I absolutely love Colourpop! They are incredible! One of my favorite products are their Satin lippies. They have Mattes, Satin and lipglosses too which I have too but the Satin lippies are my favorite of their lip products with their duo chrome lipgloss as a second favorite. The Satin lippie formula is similar to a matte lippie somewhat in its staying power but the Satin formula is not drying at all where most mattes are and so are Colourpop but they have some pretty colors that are only available in the matte formula. Back to the Satins, they are not drying and some people do not like that their is product transfer with the satins. I do not mind that because they have the staying power of many mattes. If you do not eat anything oily you likely will not have to return apply. Even if you have to reapply it is like a touch up and I have gone a full work day without re applying! I would highly recommend a Colourpop generally and their Satin lippies. Check out their website and for me it’s like a kid in a candy store!!! ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip Liquid Lipstick

The color pop lipstick I have in my collection is Calypso, which is this deep purple and brown color. I had gotten it in a subscription box qnd I love this lipstick. I still do. It dries down super matte, not like chalk, but very matte. The color is very opaque, which makes for a put together look. The chances of this smudging are close to none, like any liquid matte you have to be midful when drinking and eating. I Love the price of these, I have been meaning to buy more from colorpop lately becaise they are so good at such an inexpensive almost drugstore price.
Before I apply I will always use a lip scrub, theres millions of amazing ones out there and I change it up often. Right now I'm using oranges and cream by botanicals. Then I moisturize with my favorite chapstick or. A little vaseline. I'm currently using a glossier coconut balm, but anytging listed aboved works. These steps help prevent drying, and give your look a new better clean slate to work on. Hope my tips are useful for your use of this matte or any mattle lipstick.

I love the ColourPop Ulta Satin Lipsticks! I think the formula is a the Goldilocks between a true liquid lipstick and a regular cream lipstick. They are not too drying, but last a long time on me. I typically apply this in the morning before work and still have a decent amount of color left after work. Even after eating, drinking, talking, etc... My favorites are Aquarius and Magic Wand. They are perfect nudes/neutrals for my skin tone. I have applied gloss over them and it didn't affect the longevity. The prices are really affordable. They have the quality of high end brands, but at drug store prices. I will repurchase these in the future in other colors. One gripe is that that colors are hard to determine online to see if they'll work for me, but that's the same for most makeup online. It's not a deal breaker. I definitely recommend these and anything else from the ColourPop line.

Wow. The end. But honestly these are the some of the best liquid lipsticks put there. They are very creamy and comfortable AND best of all AFFORDABLE. I believe about $6 each. They are not fully matte, which is why they are called Satin, which means they are not drying. Then have a slight sheen and make lips look soft and full. These are not completely transfer proof but last a great amount of time - with normal wear I would say about 6 hours (depending on if you are having a lot of oil in your food). The shades are also amazing. Some of my favorites (for my pale skin) are Dopey, Magic Wand and Alyssa, which I plan to wear on my wedding day. I cannot brag on these enough because they are truly an outstanding product and I can't wait to buy more colors. Another note is I have been using these for over a year and none of the tubes have dried up or done anything odd.

I love this lipstick! It’s super comfortable on my lips without needing anything underneath. The name is ultra “satin” so it does transfer and doesn’t dry down completely matte and also won’t last the whole day. However, it still appears matte on your lips. The colors are so pretty. It also doesn’t require you to redip the applicator. You only need to take the applicator out once and that’s all you’ll need for a pigmented lip. Because the formula is so comfortable, it won’t crust or flake. You’ll just need to reapply throughout the day.

I went on a huge colourpop haul mid December. Ended up grabbing a bunch of these to try out. At first I was on the fence but after awhile I realized how much I really like these. The formula is nice, they have a great color selection, they are constantly putting out new collections and colors. I love colourpop all around. They have proved themself time and time again as a good brand. These stand alone. Also I love colourpops competitive pricing! Can't beat it! Happy colourpop is also now available in Ulta's ... Makes it more readily available for people who can't or don't order online. Love it. 5 stars. Honestly only con is that I noticed some colors can and do bleed a teeny tiny bit...I'm thinking lip liner would help but I'm not one for liners so aye that's just me ... Can be easily fixed. Keep up the great work colourpop ❤️ 🌈 ❤️ @Ninny412

Review for: Echo Park more...
My sister in law told me about this lipstick because I was on the hunt for a specific color. I am very happy with the color of Echo Park and Just the quality of the product. The lipstick goes on great and doesn’t feel sticky or anything. The color itself lasts me an 8hour work day. The only downfall I have was I did have to contact their customer service right after I placed the order. My order has an old address and even though I contacted them within seconds of placing my order they wouldn’t do anything about it. I had to contact the apartment complex in hopes they could help me get my item. ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip Liquid Lipstick

I've heard mixed reviews on the formula of these. Some people love them others dislike the dryness of them. I know they're not expensive at all, I just wanted to ask if these are worth the investment?
