Hands down my favorite brow pencil of all time! Easy to apply and buildable color. The caps on both end of the pencil do NOT stay on and I find that the end with brow brush tends to fall off. I’m not sure why it needs to be able to be removed in the first place. Other than that, huge fan [product:colourpop-precision-brow-pencil]
