I hesitated to make a purchase, I figured, how would they be able to select a color for me based on a few simple questions? I wanted my hair color to look like a shiny penny, but have never been able to achieve it using box color, even their own brand. I figured, nothing ventured, nothing lost. The box they sent was really nice- extra gloves, lovely packet of conditioner, and a cute little mirror. I didn't think there was enough color and developer, but it did the job. The color is gorgeous, I am shocked. Went back for the subscription, and will also try their color conditioner. My advice? Try it.
